We had an enjoyable stay at this conveniently located hotel. It was close to everything in Playa del Carmen, just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant 5th street. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff provided excellent service, and we felt safe and secure in the gated property. We also appreciated the private rooftop terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the Caribbean.
We did encounter some issues with the room allocation process, which caused some inconvenience and confusion.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to all activities in the city, yet still providing a quiet and peaceful environment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the clean and refreshing pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my entire stay. Additionally, I loved how this hotel was very close to the beach, allowing me easy access to the beautiful shoreline.

I had a fantastic stay at Blue Palms By Kamuvan Aparthotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main tourist area and close to the beach. The property felt safe and secure, with a gated entrance and a night attendant. The pool was clean and refreshing, and I enjoyed swimming in it during the day. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the Caribbean and was a great place to relax and watch the sunset. I also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. it was a great find and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right by the beach, just 50 steps away, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
